Room 4,5 & 6 enjoyed a trip to Parklands Library on Wednesday Morning.

Farewell to Roman and Discovery

Sadly it was Roman's last day here with us at Parkview on Friday. He will be remembered by all his friends in Room 5, particularly George and Jo. Noho ora mai (all the best) in the next stage of your learning journey at Belfast School Roman. Playing with the puppets was just another fun thing to during discovery time on Friday, as was 'puppet pals' on the i-pads.

Fitness

This week during fitness we have been learning how to play stiff candles and we have really been enjoying it!

ABC Pre-school Come to visit

We enjoyed whanau hui with a few children from ABC Parklands this morning. Then they came and did fitness with Room 5.

Groupings within 5

In Mrs Lindley's Maths class we have been learning our groupings to 5.  

Trip to the pond

For Wednesdays writing ignition we decided to head over to the pond behind our school and look for eels. Mrs Lindley knew that if there were no eels we'd at least see ducks!!!

All the children had a great time and enjoyed having a chance to feed their bread to the ducks, geese, and eels that were there.
