Working together during Maths

Well done to these amazing Tamariki who worked well with one another, using a number line to find the number before and after.

Youthtown

While it's hard to make out the children in the sea of red hats this gives you an idea of how our Youthtown Session was run on Thursday. 

Years 1-4 were split into 8 groups and moved round 6 stations (3 stations were completed on Thursday and the remaining 3 stations will be completed during our next session).

All the children enjoyed themselves.

Animal Dress Up Day

A great idea to have an animal mufti day as a way of supporting the seniors to raise money for their camp.

New Playground

Children in the junior school were so excited to be able to try out the new playground this week.

Makey Makey with Room 17

Room 5 enjoyed going to Room 17 to learn about Makey Makey. (Using a variety of tools to make controllers).
We played a bongo drum, played a piano and played Pac Man.
